Application for Program Admission
This form is to be completed and submitted to CPEE as part of your initial application to enroll into a CPEE program. This is the first step to studying with CPEE.
If your application is successful then you will be offered a position to study in one of the programs and an enrolment form will then need to be submitted for entry into that program (see above Masters or Grad Cert links)
Change of Contact/Address
If your contact details have changed since enrolling in the current study period please let us know as soon as possible otherwise you may run the risk of your study material, assignments or exam papers disappearing. Ensure to include all relevant new contact details.
