The following forms should be used if you are studying a CPEE private provider accredited program such as the Graduate Certificate in Pavement Technology. Each form is in .pdf format for easy viewing on screen or download. Complete the relevent form and return via mail, fax or emial direct to CPEE.

Enrolment
Enrolment
New students that have not previously enrolled in a CPEE distance unit.
Re-enrolment
Current students that have previously completed unit/s as part of the program and are continuing their studies.
Deferring
Current students that wish to defer their studies to a later date.
Withdrawing
Current students who wish to terminate their studies with CPEE and will not continue at a later date.

If you wish to apply for previous, relevant, postgraduate study, excluding Masters degrees and/or to apply of Unit Exemptions.
