(CPEE) is an accredited private provider of higher education that specialises in courses servicing the road and pavement sector. With programs ranging from intensive one day short courses through to postgraduate Masters level awards, CPEE aims to meet the needs of someone new to the industry as well as the established practicing professional.

Continual Improvement -  Our Programs in 2017

If you have been looking on the CPEE website recently you may have noticed that a number of our distance learning unit titles are changing for 2017. In addition to the new titles a number of units have undergone content review which has resulted in some subject matter being moved/revised to further improve the learning outcomes of the program.

Roads Australia Fellowship Program – 2017

An opportunity open to all Distance Learning Students and CPEE Short Course delegates is the chance to gain a Roads Australia sponsored 2017 R.A Fellowship. We are pleased to advise that nominations are now being called for the 2017 Roads Australia Fellowship Program, an industry-leading mentoring program.

A limited number of outstanding candidates from across the Australia will be selected to participate in this third intake for the program. Sponsored by John Holland Group, the Fellowship Program pairs national industry leaders (as Mentors) with high performing people with 10-15 years of work experience.

CPEE is in the midst of a period of significant demand for short course training with a total of seven 1, 2 and 3 day courses being requested by individual state road agencies and Councils.

Maintenance being the major focus its an indicator that the pressure is on for better outcomes with reduced funding and the courses were seen as a way to have improved capability in employees and awareness of the latest techniques and practical experiences to enable improved performance of the road asset.

Starting in second half of July CPEE is again having a significant presence in Perth with a number of training courses that will provide an up-to-date awareness of latest technical and knowledge & skill enhancements to those individuals seeking to improve their worth, and to those Companies that seek to have their employee's skill and value further improved.

Annual Short Course Series 2016 - Pavement Design & Construction

CPEE is launching its Australia wide Pavement Design & Construction series of training courses this month in Brisbane and Sydney, providing updated design & construction principles and techniques for roads and pavements. With growing pressure on asset management and minimisation of maintenance costs, the appropriate and smart starting point is to get the design and construction fundamentals right.
