PO005: Policy on Academic Staff Appointment and Professional Development

The purpose of this Policy is to ensure that CPEE academic staff are appropriately qualified, possess professional standing and are provided with ongoing development within the scholarship of teaching and learning and advancement of professional practice of knowledge in the discipline. Professional development supports the CPEE’s ongoing investment and development of its staff to create and maintain a culture of excellence.
