To celebrate International Women in Engineering Day, our CEO Madeleine McManus OAM, was part of a panel with Mandi Mees Head of National Rail Skills and Reform Design at National Transport Commission and Lisa Hogben National Board Director for NAWIC (National Association of Women in Construction), for the Women in Infrastructure Leadership Course delivered by Skillsy. Was great to have a genuine and authentic discussion of career journeys, challenges, barriers and achievements while all sharing such diverse pathways.
