This Three-Month Program is Delivered via EIT's Innovative LIVE ONLINE Approach in partnership with CPEE

Road construction methods have changed significantly over time. Advanced Pavement Design

1 Day Workshop
This intensive one day workshop incorporates advanced use of the principles of the Mechanistic Pavement Design – CIRCLY 6.0 program. It is ideal for engineers and engineering technologists working for federal, state, or local authorities, consultants and contractors who already have a sound awareness and understanding of the basic principles & practices of pavement design.

AustPADS Mechanistic Pavement Design

1 Day Workshop

This one day course is offered as a single day for those who are well versed and practised in pavement design or who have completed any of the past CPEE two-day Flexible Pavement Design courses. The primary users for AustPADS are Australia and New Zealand road managers, industry organisations and consultancies working with road agencies. Access may not be granted to other users.

Road & Public Space Lighting Workshop

2 Day Course - Face to Face only
This two-day instructional design focused workshop covers the latest practices applying to road and public space lighting design and practice. Used to support learning in the workshop is the Austroads' Guide to Road Design Part 6B - Roadside Environment, a general guide to road lighting standards and practice applicable to traffic routes and to a lesser extent, to local collector and minor roads.

Level: Intermediate – Advanced. This 1.5 day short course, focusing on recognising and understanding the various defects that arise over time with bituminous surfacing. Exploring and assessing the maintenance options is the primary focus however rehabilitation is briefly covered to provide a complete picture, thus the course is ideal for senior supervisors and works managers, engineers and engineering technologists and project managers, working for local government, or state/federal agencies, consultants and contractors.

Rural Road Surfacings - Unsealed

1 Day Course - Face to Face & Live Online

The primary purpose of this workshop is to assist in the efficient management of unsealed rural roads. As well as addressing the fundamentals, advice is provided on design issues, improving material properties, construction and operational aspects. Strategic management issues are also addressed.
