Information on how to join and participate in the CPEE Alumni including all membership forms, program guidelines, and fact sheets made available online and actively distributed throughout the program form part of these Terms and Conditions of entry. Participation in the CPEE Alumni will be considered acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, and any ongoing updates to these Terms and Conditions.
The Centre for Pavement Engineering Education (ABN 23 368 959 740) is the owner of the CPEE Alumni.
Membership is not transferable to any other person.
All information submitted must be complete, true and correct at the time of registration.
The decision made by CPEE to accept a member into the CPEE Alumni is final.
The participant agrees to their name and type and date of Award received being contained in a list of Alumni maintained on the CPEE website.
Consent Forms will be provided to participants if CPEE wishes to use personal information and images beyond reasonable marketing and communication purposes.
If for any reason a CPEE Alumni activity is unable to run as planned, including causes beyond the control of CPEE, the activity may be cancelled, suspended or modified.
The CPEE Alumni activity may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
The participant agrees to indemnify CPEE against any loss or damages caused by a cancellation, suspension, modification or withdrawal of the program or where a sponsor, partner or supporting individual or organisation fails to fulfil their duties.
These Terms and Conditions may be altered where necessary, with the most current version available for download from the CPEE website.
CPEE reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of a membership application, reject an application or disqualify a membership that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or where any action by an Alumni is deemed inappropriate or prejudicial to the good of the CPEE and / or its Alumni.
Although every effort will be made to ensure materials are sent to the addresses (including email) stated during registration, CPEE takes no responsibility for lost or misdirected items not received by participants.
The intellectual property and copyright of any material created by the CPEE Alumni will be owned solely by CPEE, whom are free to distribute and market as they see fit.
