CPEE Certificate of Appreciation Awarded to John Hodgkinson AM

CPEE CEO Ray Farrelly has paid tribute to John Hodgkinson AM in recognition of John’s extensive and supportive contribution to the endeavours of CPEE over the past seven years. In support of this, a CPEE Certificate of Appreciation has been awarded to John in recognition of his significant work in assisting CPEE to enhance the knowledge and skills of pavements engineers.

John was the author of a postgraduate unit “Concrete Pavement Design and Construction” within the CPEE Master of Pavement Technology online learning program and became the inaugural Unit Chair for it.

In addition, John prepared the material and PowerPoints for the short course Concrete Pavement Design and Construction and was the presenter for this two-day course each year, when held in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne. John has decided that this year will be his last of formal involvement, and CPEE is pleased to recognise John’s many years of being pro-active in passing on a wealth of knowledge and experience to the next generation.
