Jacqui Hansen is a consulting civil engineer with 25 years’ experience in local government She specialises in Asset Management. She provides consulting services to councils helping them to improve asset management practices and develop meaningful asset management plans. Her focus has always been the needs of regional, rural and remote communities.
Beyond her undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Technology, Sydney (1997), Jacqui has been awarded Graduate Certificates in Environmental Engineering and Management (1999), and Infrastructure Asset Management (2011). She has also completed the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment at TAFE (2013).
Jacqui has facilitated the Professional Certificate in Infrastructure Asset Management for the Institute of Public Works Engineering Australasia (IPWEA), and developed industry focussed asset management teaching material for Charles Sturt University. Currently developing and delivering new face-to face asset management training courses for IPWEA NSW.
