Tamara brings deep knowledge of infrastructure and engineering services and understands the real-world challenges local governments face in managing assets effectively and sustainably. She has extensive experience delivering asset transformation programs for both large and small councils, helping them build confidence and achieve long-term value for their communities.
Tamara holds a Bachelor of Environmental Science, a Graduate Diploma in Project Management, and is nationally accredited as a mediator specialising in public works mediation. Tamara also has formal training in organisational coaching, equipping her to lead complex programs and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
Currently, Tamara is a Consultant Asset Management Advisor to the Institute of Public Works Engineering Australasia (IPWEA), delivering the IPWEA Asset Management Pathway and supporting key sector projects. She is also Co-founder and Principal Consultant at Wagtail Red, partnering with councils and industry to strengthen leadership and capability in asset management and infrastructure service delivery.
