Allen is a senior leader in Engineering & Asset Management, RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability & Safety), Systems Engineering with over 15 years’ experience in Rail, Utilities, Energy, Mining, Facility Management. Allen is a Certified Fellow in Asset Management (AM Council), a Fellow Member of Institution of Engineers Australia & Safety and Reliability Society (UK) and an Engineering Executive. He is also a Charted Professional Engineer and Registered Professional Engineer in Victoria, Australia. His passion is in delivering values for assets owners and users through long-term focus strategic solutions that is safe, reliable and at optimal cost rather than just short-term fixes and gains. He has a PhD in Asset Management and Reliability Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering (Aerospace).
