Keynote for Women in Transport mentoring launch

What a phenomenal launch to the 2025 WiT Mentoring Program!
We’re proud to celebrate the success of the “Beyond Barriers” event hosted at RMIT’s Story Hall, where over 200 transport industry professionals came together to inspire, connect, and lead change.
At CPEE, we’re especially thrilled to acknowledge our CEO Madeleine McManus OAM, who spoke passionately about having “a healthy disregard for the impossible” — a message that truly resonated with the energy and ambition in the room.
Congratulations to the WiT team and all involved for creating such a powerful platform to break down structural barriers, support bold career moves, and foster genuine inclusion in our industry.
It’s an honour for CPEE to be involved in and continue supporting this meaningful initiative. We remain passionate about collaborating to create opportunities and inspire the next generation of women in transport and infrastructure.
Here’s to a transformative year ahead for the 154 new mentoring pairs – we can’t wait to see the impact you’ll make!
