Workplace Mentors Semester 1, 2024

Each semester, students in our Master of Pavement Technology program undertake their final capstone unit. They partner with an industry mentor to guide them through their final research project. This is an invaluable opportunity to work with an industry mentor on an industry project to further develop theoretical and practical skills that are directly relevant to the workplace.
From all at CPEE, we would like to thank and acknowledge the Semester 1, 2024 mentors who contributed to the success of our current graduating students who completed their Industry Research Unit this semester.
- Jim Mahood, Senior Asset Manager - Ventia, Australia
- David Dunlop, Major Projects Director - WSP, New Zealand
These workplace mentors have been critical in providing valuable feedback and guidance to their students throughout the semester. CPEE would like to acknowledge the time, expertise and experience these mentors have graciously given to the students, as well as assisting the CPEE Unit Chair in grading the final thesis produced by students.
Thank you and well done to all.
